These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the x4444 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and x4444.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To release the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• The deadline to complete wagering requirements is set from the date the bonus is credited.
• The contribution rate of bets on certain games toward wagering may vary.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable.
• Promotional offers may have their own terms and conditions — read the details of each offer carefully.
• x4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

6.1 Casino Games

All games available on x4444 are operated by third-party software providers and use independently tested Random Number Generators (RNG). The outcome of every game is completely random and unbiased.

• If a round is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting on x4444:

• Once a bet is accepted, the odds on that bet will not change even if market conditions change afterwards.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement will be handled according to x4444's policy.
• For combo or multi-bets, if any single leg is void, it may affect the entire bet.
• We reserve the right to void any odds offered due to an obvious error (caused by a technical fault or data error).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x4444 platform:

• Harassing, threatening, or using inappropriate language toward other players.
